Precision VMC for Complex Milled Components
At S.S. Engineering, our VMC machining capability covers everything from simple 3-axis prismatic parts to multi-sided machining on 4-axis and full 5-axis contouring for impellers, tooling, and free-form surfaces.
We machine aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, titanium (where specified), and engineering plastics with repeatable process control. Each job can include material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1), first article inspection, and detailed dimensional reports.
